One week courses
These courses run for one week, Monday to Friday, 9-5. They’re ideal if you’re an existing plasterer who wants to add to your skills. They’re also popular with people who are renovating their own homes or want a professional finish to their DIY.
Price includes all tuition, materials and tools.
Basic hand plastering
This course teaches you the core skills needed for plastering. You’ll learn how to prepare surfaces, mix materials, apply plaster to brick and block walls, finish internal and external angles and apply finishing coats.

Plasterboard and finishing
This course is ideal if you are working on a new project or over boarding existing walls and ceilings, You’ll learn how to measure and cut plasterboard to size, fix it in place, and get a smooth, even finish.

Rendering & Tyrolean finish
This course is ideal for learning how to apply external render to brick and block walls with piers and then achieving a Tyrolean finish.

Basic wall and floor tiling
A must for the DIY enthusiast. You will learn how to correctly set out your working area, measure, cut and lay wall and floor tiles to achieve a professional finish.

Specialist courses
Venetian plastering
We’re proud to host this course for those who want to learn a unique skill in the application of decorative and polished plaster products. We use products and teachers from a leading Italian company, which specialises in Marmorino (an authentic Italian polished plaster) and Venetian Plaster.
